The latest
in our "Signature Series" of industrial switching scenes,
the Electric Wood Factory lives up to its namesake (however they
do not manufacture electric wood). We are not sure exactly what
they are making with wood, but they are building plenty of it
in there...
The Electric Wood Factory is not era
specific and could be almost any bigger wood product manufacturer
in the past century that uses electricity. Each soundtrack conveys
a different variation on a shift. All shifts start out quietly,
with a shift horn, and build up to an uproar. Lean in and its
like being there... move back just a couple of feet and you're
witness to the 'big picture'.
Other than some wind, a couple of
crows (with ruffled feathers), and Scale Magic™ industrial
strength imaging, this scene is 'all about the shop', and could
be almost any wood working outfit, almost any time of the day
or night, almost anywhere in the world.
